New TCL Q10H Mini-LED TV with 3,000 nits brightness arrives
The TCL Q10H is now available to pre-order in China. The new model, a successor to the Q10G, is available in 65-in, 75-in, 85-in and 98-in sizes. The 4K Mini-LED TV has a 10,000 bead panel with a stated maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. The Q10H has 2,304 backlight partitions, compared to the 672 zones of its predecessor, to reduce the halo effect.
With Quantum Dot technology, the display covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and supports Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+ and HLG. Plus, the screen has a 144 Hz refresh rate and a 178° viewing angle. The Q10H has a built-in 2.1 channel sound system, a 20W subwoofer and compatibility with Dolby Audio. You can wirelessly connect to the TCL gadget via Wi-Fi 6, and ports on the device include USB 3.0 and four HDMI 2.1 ports.
The HDMI ports, VRR and low latency make the TV suitable for gaming. The Q10H has a remote control with brightness adjustment buttons on one side, or you can adjust the gadget with voice commands. The TV is powered by a Lingyao M2 chip with 4GB+64GB memory. You can now pre-order the TCL Q10H 4K Mini-LED TV with discounted prices starting at 7,999 yuan (~US$1,157) for the 65-in model (full price list below). It is unclear whether TCL plans to launch the new model globally.
