Casio has released four new G-Shock Hidden Glow Vol. 2 watches in Europe: the DW-6900HDS-7, the GA-110HDS-7A, the GA-2100HDS-7A, and the GA-700HDS-7A. These wearables were unveiled earlier this year and have since been released in the US and Japan. Now, they are also available in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany.
Each of these Hidden Glow models features a white and blue design with phosphorescent elements, allowing them to illuminate at night. The DW-6900HDS-7 is a round shock resistant watch with three dials and a digital display. Features include a 1/100 second stopwatch, a countdown timer and a multifunctional alarm. It is waterproof to 20 bar and runs for around five years on a replaceable battery. This watch is available for €109 in this region.
The GA-2100HDS-7A is a hybrid watch with an analog dial and a small inset display. This shock resistant watch has the brand’s Carbon Core Guard structure, with 20 bar water resistance and a three-year battery life estimate. There is support for world time, a stopwatch, a countdown time and five alarms. The model is priced at €109.
The GA-700HDS-7A is another hybrid model with multiple displays. Like the DW-6900, it is shock resistant, waterproof to 20 bar and estimated to run for five years. It supports world time with the same stopwatch, timer and alarms. Again, the RRP is €109. it is worth noting that, according to the Casio online store, only a few units of this model are currently available, meaning it could sell out.
The GA-110HDS-7A is the most expensive watch in this series, priced at €139. This model is shock resistant, magnetic resistant and waterproof to 20 bar. There is support for world time, a more precise 1/1000 second stopwatch, a countdown timer and alarms. It has a shorter battery life, estimated at two years, on a CR1220 battery.
Casio has yet to announce plans to launch these G-Shock Hidden Glow series watches in the UK.
