After selling out almost instantly following its launch in December 2024, Casio’s ring watch CRW-001-1JR is making a return. As reported by Great G-Shock World, a restock has now been confirmed for June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM (JST) on Casio’s official online store in Japan. The model will also be available in small numbers at selected third-party watch retailers.
The CRW-001-1JR is special, since it combines a digital timekeeping module with a stainless steel ring-shaped case, mimicking the appearance of a miniature G-Shock. It features a clean rectangular LCD display with standard digital readouts, alongside physical buttons for mode switching, light, and time adjustment. The watch resembles a scaled-down DW-5600 series model and is worn like a ring on the finger.
The source does mention that this restock won’t follow a lottery-based system. Instead, purchases will be first-come, first-served, with a strict one-unit-per-person policy to manage demand. Units will also be sold through third-party retailers like Time Station NEO, Sleek, and Tick-Tack, although restock quantities are expected to be limited and localized. The model previously sold out really quickly, so buyers are advised to monitor the listings directly for timely access.
The ring watch has developed a cult following since its debut, partly due to its compact build and novelty value. With interest resurging online in the past few weeks, this June restock could again vanish quickly once it goes live.
