Casio appears to be working on a new watch collection called the "Hidden Shine" or "Hidden Glare" series, with four fresh G-Shock models now surfacing online. This time around, the leaked images come from reliable G-Shock collector and leaker @morgan_gshock on Instagram and have a strong visual theme: matte white resin cases paired with metallic icy-blue accents and black LCDs. While the branding might still be in flux, the visual identity is anything but.
The Hidden Shine series includes the GA-110HDS-7A, GA-2100HDS-7A, GA-700HDS-7A, and DW-6900HDS-7D. These are four of G-Shock’s most recognizable shapes - the sporty GA-700, the minimal CasiOak GA-2100, the aggressive GA-110, and the retro-style DW-6900. Across the board, Casio has opted for polar white resin builds with soft matte textures and contrasting gloss-black screens, each dialed up with subtle metallics and icy blue details around the subdials and pushers.
From a design standpoint, it’s a clean and wintery aesthetic that’s rare even by G-Shock standards. The GA-2100HDS-7A in particular could appeal to fans of all-white watches who don’t want something overly loud, while the DW-6900’s blue G button and dark face make it stand out as the boldest of the four.
Not much else is known about the series yet, including whether this will be a limited regional release or a global drop. It’s worth noting that Casio might add more models to this capsule, as stated by the leaker.
We can expect an official reveal in the coming weeks.
