The fact that China gets a "Nokia n.1 Plus" phone as the "Nokia Xn" is not a first, so even though the Nokia 7.1 Plus is not available yet, the fact that the Nokia X7 has just surfaced in China makes us believe that the 7.1 Plus is just around the corner. The Nokia X7 has surfaced on both Nokia's Chinese website and on JD.com with all specs and pricing details included, so the only thing still missing is an accurate launch date.
Without further ado, these are the highlights of the Nokia X7: Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, 4 GB or 6 GB of memory, 64 GB or 128 GB internal storage, 6.18-inch full HD+ notched display, 13 MP + 12 MP main camera, 20 MP selfie shooter, 3,500 mAh battery, Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
The 4/64 GB version of the Nokia X7 will hit the Chinese market for the equivalent of US$245, but those looking to get the 6/128 GB variant should shell out around US$360.
What do you think about the Nokia X7/7.1 Plus? Is there any point in having a mid-range handset with 6 GB of memory and 128 GB of internal storage in a period when new flagships sometimes launch with less of both or is this nothing more than a marketing gimmick?
