Reviews for the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 15 Lunar Lake
Last year, Microsoft switched its Surface devices completely to ARM processors from Qualcomm. However, it doesn't seem that business customers want these devices, as the Surface Laptop 15 for Business is now available with Intel's Lunar Lake processors. The result is better in many areas.

The Microsoft Surface Laptop for Business (13.8-Inch, 5G) excels for professionals in the office and when they have to hop zip codes for work. The optional 5G radio takes full advantage of the laptop’s lightweight design and 20-hour battery life, making for one of the most capable ultraportable work laptops to date. Potent processing, on-device Copilot+ AI features, and a repairable design present the Surface Laptop for Business as a specialized tool for heavily mobile pros.

Intel Arc 140V: A pretty fast integrated graphics adapter that higher-end Intel Lunar Lake family processors employ. This is a direct successor to the Arc 8; it can drive three SUHD 4320p monitors simultaneously via HDMI 2.1, eDP 1.5 and DP 2.1. With the 140V, all 2023 and 2024 games are playable at 1080p on low graphics settings.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

Core Ultra 7 268V: A higher-end Lunar Lake family processor. It sports 4 new Skymont E-cores and 4 new Lion Cove P-cores running at up to 3.7 GHz and 5.0 GHz respectively, along with the new Arc 140V iGPU and 32 GB of on-package LPDDR5x-8533 RAM. It should be about as fast as the Core Ultra 7 165U and Core i7-1360P in multi-threaded workloads and it eats up to 37 W when under short-term workloads.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.
