Lenovo unveils new entry-level Lecoo LK210 projector

Lenovo has introduced its Lecoo LK210 projector, launching in China. The cheaper model has a native 1080p resolution and up to 4,800 lumens brightness from an LED light source. Other features include a built-in speaker, 64 GB storage, automatic focus, and keystone correction tools.

The Lenovo Lecoo LK210 projector has been unveiled in China. The new model is billed as suitable for use at home, in your office or for watching TV. With a native 1080p resolution and support for 4K content, you can project images between 50 and 200 inches (~127 to 508 cm) wide with a 1.2:1 throw ratio.

You can perfect the LK210’s image with automatic keystone correction, intelligent obstacle avoidance, autofocus and screen fit tools. One notable absence is any zoom functionality. The projector has an LED light source delivering up to 4,800 lumens brightness and a 5.7-inch LCD screen. The product listing shows the device has wide RGB color space coverage, with AI image enhancement and a 1,300:1 contrast ratio. The model runs Android 9.0, with wireless connections possible via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. Alternatively, you can physically connect gadgets via HDMI, USB, AV and 3.5 mm audio ports.

Other features include MEMC motion smoothing, a 15W speaker and 64 GB storage. The medium-sized projector measures 302.0 x 265.9 x 143.9 mm (~11.9 x 10.5 x 5.7-in) and has a dark gray finish. The Lenovo Lecoo LK210 projector will retail in China for 2,299 yuan (~$325). Whether or when the model could launch in other regions like North America and Europe remains to be seen.
