The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition laptop with a Lunar Lake APU, 32 GB of RAM, and a 3K 120 Hz display is enjoying a massive $350 discount at Best Buy. The Laptop lasts a long time on a single charge, is superbly built, and boasts quiet operation.

The 15.3-inch Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition laptop, which was launched at IFA 2024, is a solid everyday productivity/multimedia machine. Thanks to the Core Ultra 7 256V/258V APU, a 100% DCI-P3 IPS display, and a fairly large 70 Wh battery, the Yoga Slim 7i Aura proved to be an efficient machine with excellent endurance in our review.

As such, folks in the market for a no-nonsense laptop that just works will be quite happy with the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition, especially now that you can get it for $350 less at Best Buy.

Price-performance ratio of the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura was one of our major criticisms of the notebook when we reviewed it back in October 2024. The unit on sale at Best Buy for just $1,099.99 markedly improves the value, making it much easier to recommend the laptop.

Hardware-wise, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura packs a Core Ultra 7 258V APU, 32 GB of non-expandable RAM, 1 TB of replaceable storage, and a 15.3-inch 3K IPS display. The display refreshes at a smooth 120 Hz and, per our review, covers 98% DCI-P3. The panel also boasts 479 nits of average brightness and comes pre-calibrated.

Driving the excellent display of the Yoga Slim 7i Aura is the Core Ultra 7 258V and its Arc 140V iGPU. While the Arc 140V is among the fastest iGPUs on the market, the 8-core CPU of the Core Ultra 7 258V is just decent. This means that, while the laptop won’t see any slowdowns in regular operation, the Yoga Slim 7i Aura is not made for extreme processing tasks.

However, what the Core Ultra 7 258V lacks in performance, it makes up for in efficiency. With a 70 Wh battery, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura lasted more than 17 hours in our WLAN test.

Finally, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Aura also gets a healthy port selection, quiet operation, good thermals, and good inputs. All of these features, combined with the qualities mentioned above, make the Yoga Slim 7i Aura Edition a solid value at just $1,099.99.
