The Qoocam 3 Ultra is a "cutting-edge" new dual-lens action camera rated for super-high recording in 3D. Kandao's upcoming lifestyle vlogging device is also backed to take high-quality, instantly-shareable panoramic photos. It will debut during the OEM's CES 2024 showcase ahead of its 2024 release.

Kandao backs its latest QooCam-series 360° content camera to outdo others such as the Insta360 X3 with dual 1/1.7-inch sensors rated to record in 8K (at 30 frames per second (fps)) as wel as 5.7K (at 60 fps) or 4K (at 120 fps) "with instant stabilization" using both its fisheye lenses.

The 3 Ultra is also rated to take panoramic stills at resolutions of up to 96MP for maximal detail retention for "exceptional quality" that might not even need much editing thanks to "in-cam stitching and long exposure". Even if they do, Kandao claims that the 3 Ultra's DNG8 format "with Raw+ Algorithm" is extremely amenable to processing.

The Qoocam 3 Ultra can also live-stream out of the box, and keep stitching even as it does so in real time. Plus, with its 2.19-inch touchscreen, it will even be bigger than the X3 on its 2024 release.

In the meantime, it will be one of Kandao's CES 2024 stars alongside the Meeting Ultra, a device with a touchscreen facing in 2 directions to complement their own 360° camera for advanced web-conferencing sessions, and the Obsidian Pro, a 12K VR camera nominated TIME's Best Invention of 2022.

Kandao's upcoming CES presence can be found at booth #16854 in the Las Vegas Convention Center's Main Hal from January 9 to 12, 2024.
