Jacques Bianchi has refreshed its JB200 Aquastrike dive watch collection, which was first issued by the French Navy in the 1980s. Design-wise, the latest collection retains a classic dive watch silhouette with big, lume-filled hour markers, a grippy bezel, and a sporty case. However, the only difference is that the new watches now come with bold dial colorways. More specifically, the Aquastrike offers a choice between the colors, including cerulean blue, maritime navigation marker-inspired orpiment yellow, coral orange, and pure green.
The Jacques Bianchi JB200 Aquastrike dive watch features a 42 mm brushed 316L stainless steel case with a single screw-down at the 3 o’clock position. The case is complemented by a unidirectional rotating bezel with luminous markings. Available in four dial color options, the dial is adorned with Super-LumiNova-coated hands and indices and a date window at the 3 o’clock position. Plus, it has a sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on top of the dial .
The dive watch is powered by a Swiss Soprod P024 automatic movement that runs at a frequency of 28,800 vph, features 25 jewels, and offers a power reserve of 38 hours. The timepiece has an impressive 200 m (20 bar) of water resistance, making it suitable for diving. Furthermore, the Jacques Bianchi offers a brushed stainless steel jubilee bracelet with a folding clasp. Additionally, there’s also a rubber strap option with a steel tang buckle.
The Jacques Bianchi JB200 Aquastrike collection is priced at €825 (with VAT excluded). The watch collection is now available for pre-order for a 3-week window via the company’s official website, while shipping will begin in July 2025.
