The Honor GT Pro is thought to challenge devices such as the RedMagic 10 Air with some of the most up-to-date, high-performance specs out there. Now, the prodigious leaker Digital Chat Station purports to list some of them in advance.
They will include an "Ultra" version of the up-to-date LPDDR5X RAM for mobile devices, to be paired with internal storage chips of the cutting-edge UFS 4.1 standard in the GT Pro.
Digital Chat Station also hints that the GT Pro will get "full" Snapdragon 8 Elite power, which may or may not indicate that it will get the processor clocked at its maximum 4.47GHz speed, as in the top-end, $1,000+ Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The allegedly upcoming premium Honor smartphone is also thought to come with a large battery with 90W charging: faster than the new Oppo Find X8s series.
It is also now said to come with upgraded "super large" dual speakers set "symmetrically" into a metallic mid-frame.
The latter will be the up-to-date flat-edged variety according to a new alleged live image - although the same photo suggests that its display's bezels leave a little to be desired.
Accordingly, the GT Pro is backed to become the 'gaming' counterpart to Honor's Magic7 series, although the better display and cameras might remain exclusive to the latter.
