Hisense U8K Mini LED TV now available in Europe with 75-in model
The Hisense U8K Mini LED TV is now available in Europe, following its launch in the US earlier this year. The new model was unveiled at CES 2023 alongside the range-topping ULED X. The U8KQ is available in 55-in, 65-in and 75-in sizes, each featuring 1,056 local dimming zones, six times the number of the previous model, the U8H.
The U8K, or U8KQ, has a Mini LED HDR 1500 display with Quantum Dot Color for a vivid and richly detailed image, supporting Dolby Vision IQ. The proprietary quad-core Hi View Engine with AI Processing can optimize the picture and upscale content to close to 4K. The panel has a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz with VRR, making it suitable for gaming; the TV also comes with the Hisense Game Bar, ALLM and support for AMD FreeSync Premium. You can use the VIDAA U7 Smart OS to stream content from apps like Disney+, Netflix and YouTube.
For sound, the Hisense TV has a built-in 2.1.2 channel surround sound system, compatible with Dolby Atmos. Other features include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity and Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. You can now buy the Hisense U8K Mini LED TV in the UK and EU countries like Germany: the 55-in model costs £1,299/€1,399, the 65-in model £1,699/€1,899 and the 75-in model £2,199/€2,499.
