High-end iQOO tablet leaks with 16GB RAM and next-gen Snapdragon chipset

A Vivo device with the model number "iPA2691" has surfaced on Geekbench 7. The same model number previously appeared in China’s SRRC database and is associated with the iQOO Pad Ultra.
For context, iQOO has confirmed that it will launch the Pad Ultra in China in September 2026. The company has revealed that it will come with a compact form factor and will be a gaming-focused device.
The Geekbench listing suggests that the tablet is powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, identified by the model number "SM8975". This is expected to be Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship chipset, built on a 2nm process.
The chipset comes with an eight-core CPU with 3 cores clocked at 3.74 GHz, 3 cores at 4.03 GHz, and 2 cores at 5.01 GHz. The Geekbench result also reveals that it uses an Adreno 850 GPU.
The tested device has 16GB of RAM and runs Android 17. It scores 1,512 in the single-core CPU test and 6,770 in the multi-core CPU test.
For comparison, a Qualcomm reference device with the same chipset scored 3,582 and 12,247 points in Geekbench 7’s single-core and multi-core CPU tests, respectively. The tablet’s scores are considerably lower. However, this is a pre-launch benchmark result, and scores could improve with optimizations. Separately, iQOO has revealed details about the Pad Ultra's built-in cooling fan.
