The HP OmniBook X Flip is currently discounted to just $629 on the company's webstore, marking a 44% drop from its list price. It features a 16-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200, a peak brightness of 300 nits, and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.
Under the hood is an Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor (4x P-cores up to 4.8 GHz, 4x LP E-cores up to 3.7 GHz, Arc 140V iGPU up to 1.95 GHz) paired with 16 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 on-package memory and a 512 GB PCIe 4.0 SSD occupying the sole M.2 slot.
Connectivity consists of a Thunderbolt 4 USB-C (40 Gbps, DisplayPort 2.1, Power Delivery), a further 10 Gbps USB-C port (DisplayPort 1.4a, Power Delivery), a pair of 10 Gbps USB-A, HDMI 2.1, as well as a 3.5 mm audio combo jack. Buyers also get an Intel AX211 wireless card with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 support, with the possibility to upgrade to a BE201 (Wi-Fi 7 + BT 5.4) for an extra $10.
The notebook's metal chassis measures 14.02 × 9.67 × 0.61 inches (356 × 246 × 15.5 mm) and weighs 4.15 lb (1.88 kg), while housing a 68 Wh battery capable of charging at up to 65 W with the included USB-C power adapter. It also features a 5-megapixel webcam with IR support, while a first-party MPP 2.0 stylus is included in the box.
