Deal | Grab a 10,000mAh power bank that doubles as a cyberpunk clock - while you still can
Shargeek claims to have set the status display trend for power banks with the 10,000mAh Starship Seer. The device is rated to "predict" how much battery it has left for other devices, or how long it will take to re- charge itself, via a retro dot-matrix read-out.
It can also be used to tell the time, and to act as an alarm clock. Then again, the Starship Seer can only deliver its stored power at up to 35W via its inbuilt USB-C port. Nevertheless, Shargeek still asserts that that is enough to power an iPad Pro 2022 or iPhone 14 Pro from 0% to at least 40% in about 30 minutes.
The Starship Seer comes in a transparent-effect, compact chassis with a lanyard and a keychain that also functions to store a USB cable: a design that, while it contrasts nicely with a Sharge Retro-series power brick such as this one on Amazon, won't be seen on Shargeek's website shortly, as it is now being discontinued.
On a more positive note, that makes for a good chance to grab one of the distinctively versatile power bank's last units still out there for its final price of $29, or 63% off its original post-crowdfunding retail price. The Starship Seer is still available in Sharge yellow or black for a limited time.
Meanwhile, those more interested in a newer, faster Shargeek 170 or Storm-series power bank can still order one at a 10% discount with the code MOTHERSDAY10 for a limited time.
