Geekom unveils first mini PC equipped with a 13th-gen Core i9 processor

Geekom has just announced its latest high-end compact PC, the Mini IT13. Users can choose between three processor options ― the Core i5-13500H, Core i7-13700H, and Core i9-13900H. The latter is a 45 W TDP chip with six P-cores, eight E-cores, and Iris Xe integrated graphics with 96 Execution Units.

As far as expandability goes, the Mini IT13 comes with two SODIMM slots for up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, an M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slot, an M.2 2242 SATA slot, and room for a 2.5-inch SATA SSD or HDD.

Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.0 ports, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, an SD card reader, a 3.5mm audio jack, four USB Type-A (three supporting 10 Gbps and one limited to 480 Mbps), and a couple of USB 4 ports. The mini PC also supports WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 thanks to the included Intel AX211 wireless card.

Geekom is already accepting preorders for the Mini IT13, with shipments scheduled to begin on September 15. Pricing starts at US$499 for the Core i5 variant equipped with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Meanwhile, the Core i7 model with double the RAM and storage goes for US$689, while the top-of-the-line model with the Core i9-13900H, 32 GB of RAM, and a 2 TB SSD will set you back US$789.
