GeForce NOW has announced that it is expanding its cloud-gaming service with a new Priority membership. It confers access to RTX ON and DLSS, where applicable. However, unlike the platform's inaugural paid tier, it costs US$9.99 (or €9.99 in Europe) rather than $4.99. Nevertheless, NVIDIA has also confirmed that those who originally signed up for Founder's memberships will still enjoy their current rate.
GeForce NOW has also informed users that its new 2.0.28 update includes Adaptive Vsync, which syncs server- and client-side frame-rates to a constant 60 or 59.94Hz. It also adds an "adaptive de-jitter technology" to help optimize bit-rates on "choppy" networks.
Finally, it is of course GFN Thursday, which means support for new games has been added to the platform. They are System Shock Enhanced Edition, Do Not Feed the Monkeys, GoNNER, Monopoly Plus, Snooker 19, and Wanba Warriors, also available on Steam, as well as Loop Hero from the Epic Games Store. Furthermore, NVIDIA has mentioned that it now aims to add about 15 games per week rather than 10 by the end of 2021.
