GeForce Now subscribers can redeem Guild Wars 2: Heroic Edition with a few bonus items included
Starting yesterday and until December 17th or when the available stock runs out, new members can get a code for Guild Wars 2: Heroic Edition, a package with a few in-game goodies on top. However, there's more coming from Nvidia than just that: every six-month GeForce Now Ultimate subscriber also gets three months of PC Game Pass free of charge (retail value is US$30).
The Heroic Edition of Guild Wars 2 is a great startup package for those new to the game. These are the four items included:
- Guild Wars 2, the base game.
- One Legacy Armor suit.
- One 18-slot inventory expansion.
- No less than four heroic boosters.
The last day when the Guild Wars 2: Heroic Edition can be redeemed is December 16th, 2023.
The latest GeForce Now app update introduced Xbox Game Syncing, as well as improvements for Ubisoft+ subscribers. Now, they can launch supported Ubisoft+ games from the GeForce now app and these titles will be automatically added to My Library. This release, labeled 2.0.58, also features improvements for the game session diagnostic tools, which now provide code information for the in-stream statistics. Last but not least, no less than 18 games have been added to the list of supported titles, including RoboCop: Rogue City, State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition, Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin, and Roboquest.
The latest update for Guild Wars 2, namely Secrets of the Obscure, was released in August. A beta for the Expanded Weapon Proficiency is scheduled to kick off on November 28th.
