Dual-camera DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Pro release date finally tipped; coming very soon

After we just saw the alleged Osmo Pocket 4 Pro in live photos next to the Osmo Pocket 4, the latest rumor about DJI’s Pro gimbal camera gives us our first release date prediction.
The leak comes from X, and it says the Pocket 4 Pro should arrive in June. If this pans out, it would make for a rather bizarre launch strategy from DJI, since the Osmo Pocket 4 is debuting globally on April 16.
In other words, the two-month wait for the Pocket 4 Pro appears to be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances rather than DJI’s master plan. Perhaps the more complicated design of the Pocket 4 Pro has something to do with it.

DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Pro now rumored to arrive in June, but is it worth the wait?
Speaking of the design, you might be curious to know why you might want to wait for the Pro version of the Pocket 4. The main reason, of course, is the dual-camera system, expected to allow 3x optical zoom. However, DJI's dual-camera gimbal also appears to be somewhat larger than the vanilla Pocket 4 (judging by leaks), which hints at a larger battery.
We already know the standard Pocket 4 is getting 4K/240fps video recording, upgraded subject tracking, internal storage, a boost in dynamic range, two extra buttons, and a magnetic gimbal head for accessories like fill lights.
What would make the Pocket 4 Pro more… "pro"? Perhaps a magnetic shotgun mic for even more professional audio quality, automatic lens switching, and (if you really want to dream) perhaps an IP rating for dust and water resistance.
Regardless of whether it launches in June or not, the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro won’t be the only dual-camera gimbal you can buy in 2026. The Insta360 Luna Ultra also has two cameras and is getting its first official “preview” as soon as this week.
