Viofo claims to have released its A329S 3CH dash cam in response to popular demand for the inclusion of Fisheye Cabin Camera alongside features such as 4K front and 2K rear lenses.
To that end, the third part of the full system also has a 2K resolution, and can record in either Fisheye or Ultrawide-Angle modes.
The OEM asserts that the system records in HDR for all 3 channels, and has "stunning" detail even in low light thanks to its Sony STARVIS 2 sensors.
The A329S even has a dedicated processor (albeit one made of 4 well-worn ARM Cortex-A53 cores) to make sure that it really can record in a "dynamic" multi-angle manner that apparently doesn't need editing once captured.
The system also has low-power modes based on limiting either recording times, voltage consumed or hardware sensors activating in events such as an impact to avoid killing a battery.
The A329S also supports Wi-Fi 6, voice control, an optional Bluetooth remote control and can use external SSDs of up to 4TB in size.
It is now available on Amazon in either 2CH or the full 3CH SKUs for $429.99 and $499.99 respectively, although both options have a $30 discount right now.
The coupon code NEWSW329S might also confer another 5% off at the time of writing.
