Casio unveils five stealthy new Electro Green G-Shock watches

Casio has kicked off April with a series of new launches spanning several lineups. Alongside the new metal-clad GMC-B2100 and GMW-BZ5000RC and outdoor-ready Pro Treks, the Japanese watchmaker has taken the wraps off five new digital-analog "Black and Electro Green" G-Shocks.
Let’s start with the fully digital GD-010BEG-1. Priced at a very accessible ¥14,850, it showcases the electro-green theme beautifully with a massive, highly legible green LCD centered in a chunky, biomass plastic case. The utilitarian design is highlighted by green "10 YEAR BATTERY" text, backing up its impressive decade-long lifespan.
Next is the GA-100BEG-1A (¥18,700). This rugged digital-analog model features Casio’s classic triple-graph layout, utilizing dual electro-green LCD panels at the bottom to effectively contrast the stealthy black case. It boasts green-tipped hands and subdial accents, combining a mechanical aesthetic with robust JIS Class 1 anti-magnetic resistance and a two-year battery.
Offering a noticeably bolder silhouette, the GA-700BEG-1A features aggressive resin bumpers and a prominent textured front light button. Instead of bi-section screens, it utilizes a single, clean electro-green LCD paired with large 3D hands and a circular subdial. It drops anti-magnetic shielding but gets a five-year battery. It's priced at ¥18,700, the same as the GA-100BEG.
Moving up the price ladder, we have the G-Shock GA-B2100BEG-1A (¥24,750), which brings the fan-favorite octagonal "CasiOak" design into the fold. This sleeker watch subtly integrates the electro green theme via a bottom-right LCD and green day indicator. Beyond refined aesthetics, it also packs Bluetooth smartphone connectivity and Tough Solar charging as well as 200m water resistance.
Finally, the GA-B010BEG-1A is the most feature-packed and expensive option at ¥27,500. It sports a uniquely futuristic, slotted bezel design over a distinctly patterned dial. Alongside the electro-green LCD and subdial accents, this model boasts Tough Solar, Bluetooth connectivity, and a built-in acceleration sensor for tracking steps, making it perfect for active wearers.
All watches boast 200m water resistance, shock resistance, a white LED backlight, and come equipped with standard timekeeping features like daily alarms, a stopwatch and timer, world time, and an automatic calendar.
