Casio AEQ110 classic watch with green dial now available in US

The Casio Analog-Digital Combination AEQ110W-3A2V watch is now available in the US. This is one of two recently launched watches with green faces, arriving in this market alongside the W218HD-3AV.

You can now buy the Casio AEQ110W-3A2V at the brand’s online store in the US for $54.95. This is the same price as older models like the AEQ110W-1AV (curr. $39.99 at Amazon). It is worth noting that, according to the product page, there is limited stock available, though an exact number of units is not given.

Casio’s AEQ110W-3A2V has a dark green metallic dial with a hairline finish. This is surrounded by black resin casing, measuring 52.5 x 48.2 x 16.7 mm (~2.07 x 1.90 x 0.66 inches), with a matching resin band. Both the dial ring and bezel feature silver colored accents, and the inset digital displays have a light background and dark figures. Plus, this model is water resistant to 100 m and has a long battery life of around 10 years.

The AEQ110 supports world time, with users offered a choice of 29 time zones and a daylight saving mode. There are tools like hourly time signals, a countdown timer, three daily alarms and a 1/100th second stopwatch. A more unusual feature is Telememo, which can be used to store contact information for up to 30 people. The two analog hands are said to remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month, and the date is shown on the digital display.

While the AEQ110W-3A2V watch is already available in the UK, it is unclear when it could be released more widely in Europe.
