Casio releases two new G-Shock metal bezel watches with red displays in more countries
Two of the new Casio G-Shock Fine Metallic Series red accent watches are now available in Europe. The range of four models - the GM-2100YRA-8A, the GM-5600YRA-8, the GM-110YRA-8 and the GM-6900YRA-8 - was launched in Japan in February 2026.
You can now buy the Casio G-Shock GM-2100YRA-8A watch at the brand’s online store in countries such as the Netherlands, Spain and Germany for €269. The G-Shock GM-5600YRA-8, available in the same markets, is slightly cheaper at €249.
The Casio G-Shock GM-2100YRA-8A is a hybrid watch with a black dial and an inset digital display with a red background. Meanwhile, the G-Shock GM-5600YRA-8 is a digital watch with another red background digital display surrounded by a black metal frame. Both watches have a stainless steel bezel, resin casing and a matching silver colored durable silicone band.
While the GM-5600YRA-8 supports 31 world time zones, both G-Shocks offer features like a 1/100th second stopwatch, a countdown timer and an alarm. The displays can be illuminated with an LED backlight, the calendar is fully automatic to the year 2099, and they are water resistant to 200 m. Whether or when the Casio G-Shock Fine Metallic Series red accent watches could be officially released in the UK or in North America remains to be seen.
