Casio launches four new G-Shock metal bezel watches with red displays in the US

Casio has officially brought its latest Fine Metallic series to the US market, following a release in Europe and an initial launch in Japan earlier this year. The collection consists of four G-Shock models that feature polished stainless-steel bezels with striking red-tinted displays and a specialized "vapor-deposited" band design.
The lineup includes two digital-only models and two analog-digital variants. The digital entries, the GM-5600YRA-8 and the GM-6900YRA-8, are priced at $270.00. The analog-digital models, the slim octagonal GM-2100YRA-8A and the oversized GM-110YRA-8A, are available for $290.00.
Easily, the defining characteristic of the Fine Metallic series is the monochromatic silver and black style paired with a bright red LCD. To achieve a smooth, near seamless transition from the metal bezel to the strap, Casio used a transparent silicone band with a silver vapor deposition finish on the underside. This leads to the watch having a high-shine metallic appearance while sticking to the comfort and durability of resin.
All four watches feature:
- Bezel Material: Stainless steel with mirror and hairline finishes.
- Water Resistance: 20-bar (200 meters).
- Glass: Mineral glass.
- Construction: Standard G-Shock shock resistance.
- Backlight: White LED (Super Illuminator).
The models differ slightly in dimensions and battery performance. The digital GM-5600 and GM-6900 variants have a five-year battery life and include flash alert functionality. The GM-2100 and GM-110 models utilize a three-year battery; the GM-2100 is the slimmest of the group at 11.8 mm, while the GM-110 includes magnetic resistance.
The series is currently available on the official Casio US website. For a limited time, purchases of these models include a "Free Nigo Sticker Set," which is a promo currently running across international markets.
