Casio has finally released the new G-Shock GBD-200 watches in the UK. Originally tipped for a November 2025 launch, the GBD-200-1A1 and the GBD-200-7 are already available in other European countries like Germany, as well as in the US.
The G-Shock GBD-200 is Casio’s latest G-Squad watch, with a series of features to allow users to track their workouts. The model has an accelerometer to track your distance moved, speed, and pace, and it can also calculate calories burned and average speed and pace. Plus, support for Bluetooth allows you to use GPS from a connected smartphone to improve the accuracy of distance measurements. There are also on-watch tools like a stopwatch, a timer and daily alarms.
Another notable feature of this model is the positive memory-in-pixel (MIP) display; older watches in this series have a negative display. According to Casio, the light background version enhances readability, particularly in brighter conditions. Surrounding the display is a black frame with a honeycomb pattern. The GBD-200-1A1 has a black resin casing and a matching soft urethane strap, with yellow-orange accents. The GBD-200-7 has a white case and strap, with dark green accents.
You can now buy the Casio G-Shock GBD-200-1A1 and GBD-200-7 watches at the brand’s online store in the UK for £129 each. Customers are offered free shipping in two to four working days, though there is also an Express Delivery option at an additional cost.
