Casio is now selling the WS1400H-2AV and WS1400H-8AV workout watches in the US. These two budget models offer features including memory to store up to 60 laps, dual time and an LED backlight. Plus, Casio estimates that these battery-powered watches will run for up to 10 years at a time.

Two new Casio watches have appeared at the brand’s online store in the US: the WS1400H-2AV and the WS1400H-8AV. The WS1400H-2AV has a blue finish, while the WS1400H-8AV is cream. These are budget wearables designed for workouts.

Features of these two WS1400H wearables include the ability to record 60 laps, a 1/100th second stopwatch and a countdown timer. Users can also display dual time zones and set up to three alarms and hourly time signals. The calendar is fully automatic up to the year 2099, and the watch is expected to be accurate to within 30 seconds each month. The WS1400H has an LCD with an LED backlight to make it easier to read. Plus, it offers 100 m (~330 ft) water resistance and is expected to run for up to 10 years on a single CR2025 battery.

You can now buy the Casio WS1400H-2AV and WS1400H-8AV watches in the US for $29.95. It is unclear whether or when they could launch in other markets like Europe. Older models like the Casio WS-1400H-1AVEF are available in countries like Germany for €38 at Amazon.
