Call of Duty: Mobile gets The Boys crossover event for Season 5

Call of Duty: Mobile is getting a The Boys crossover this summer, with Sony’s official final-season licensing rollout for the Prime Video series naming the mobile shooter as one of its featured gaming tie-ins. According to the licensing details, the collaboration will coincide with the start of Call of Duty: Mobile Season 5 and will bring three playable characters, themed bundle rewards, and legendary weapons into the game.
The Boys is heading to Call of Duty: Mobile
The clearest official confirmation so far comes from Sony Pictures Consumer Products’ wider merchandise and licensing push for The Boys’ final season. In that rollout, Sony says “The Boys answer the call this summer” in a “major digital integration” tied to Call of Duty: Mobile, and adds that players will get access to three playable characters alongside crossover rewards and weapons.
Sony’s release does not name the three characters, list the exact bundles or weapons, or give a specific in-game launch date beyond the summer window and its connection to Season 5.
Timing lines up with The Boys final season push
The crossover is arriving as The Boys Season 5 begins its run on Prime Video. Amazon MGM Studios says the fifth and final season premiered on April 8, 2026, with two episodes, and that new episodes are scheduled weekly through the series finale on May 20, 2026.
Activision has not shared the full Season 5 breakdown yet
Sony’s material confirms the crossover, but Activision has not yet published a full Season 5 content breakdown. The official licensing details currently mention three playable characters, themed bundle rewards, and legendary weapons for the collaboration.
