Nubby's Number Factory is now on iPhone and Android

The cult PC roguelike from solo developer MogDogBlog Productions is now available on mobile, bringing the full Steam version to phones for the first time. MogDogBlog Productions released the game on Steam on March 7, 2025.
It found an audience quickly, with players comparing it to Balatro, Peggle, and Ballionaire. The low price, strange art style, and genuinely addictive loop kept it on the radar long after launch.
Nubby's Number Factory is fun
Nubby's Number Factory is a plinko-style roguelike where players launch a spherical character named Nubby down a pegboard to generate increasingly large numbers. Each run requires hitting a production quota. Fail to meet it, and the sun explodes. The stakes are the point.
Between rounds, players visit a shop to buy items that alter how each run plays out. Over 50 items are available, ranging from multipliers to ability modifiers, and the synergies between them drive most of the replay value. The game also includes a perk system, special rounds, and the Nubby Trials mode, all added in the major version 1.4 update that the developer ported fully to mobile before launch.
Why was the mobile launch delayed?
MogDogBlog Productions originally planned to release the mobile version in December 2025. The launch was pushed back after the developer chose to hold off until the full version 1.4 content was ready, rather than ship an incomplete port. By late February 2026, the game was ready and awaiting storefront approval from Apple and Google.
Pricing and availability
The paid version is $4.99 on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, matching the Steam price point. The lite version is free. The developer confirmed that neither version includes third-party ads or microtransactions of any kind.
