Wuthering Waves Version 3.3 lands on April 30

Kuro Games has confirmed that Wuthering Waves Version 3.3, titled Reverbs From the End of Galaxies, launches on April 30, 2026, across iOS, Android, PC, and PS5. The update marks the game's second anniversary and is one of the largest content drops in its history.
New characters
Two new 5-Star Resonators arrive with Version 3.3. As highlighted by the PlayStation Blog, Hiyuki leads Phase 1, which goes live on April 30 alongside rerun banners for Mornye and Iuno. Denia follows in Phase 2 on May 21, joined by reruns for Chisa and Phrolova. Both characters come with their own signature weapons: Frostburn for Hiyuki and Forged Dwarf Star for Denia.
New area and gameplay
Version 3.3 expands the world map with Dimmr Plains, an underground section of Bjartr Woods built around vertical traversal. The area features floating platforms, luminous forests, a new weekly boss, and the Tactical Hologram: Sigillum combat challenge. The Expedition Motorbike also gets a significant upgrade with a new Aerial Mode, letting players navigate the vertical terrain from above.
Six crossover collaborations
The second anniversary brings six crossover events covering Resident Evil, Angry Birds, Haikyuu, Kaiju No. 8, Pragmata, and Riders Republic. Most of the collaborations are tied to Expedition Motorbike liveries and accessories.
Anniversary rewards
Kuro Games is offering 40 free pulls across Version 3.3 events, along with an exclusive title, outfit accessories, and anniversary-specific login rewards. Players who log in after the April 30 update receive 20 Radiant Tides and 10 Crystal Solvents immediately, with additional login rewards available on May 23.
Three codes were released during the Version 3.3 preview livestream on April 17 and, as per the developer, will remain active until April 18:
- FACEALEPH1
- 2NDANNIVERSARY
- EVERSHINE
Wuthering Waves is also coming to Xbox Series X|S in July 2026, and Kuro Games has announced a world tour concert series called To the New World, which will visit Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul, Taipei, Singapore, and Los Angeles later this year.
Overall, Wuthering Waves is a fantastic game and a smooth experience on mobile. I had a great time with it on my Honor X9b, and after a long break, an anniversary update with 40 free pulls and six crossover events might be exactly what it takes to pull me back into the Steam version.
