OneXPlayer launches new AMD-powered gaming mini PC with up to 96GB VRAM

OneXPlayer has silently launched a new AMD gaming mini PC, the OneXStation. It features the Ryzen AI Max+ 395, the top-end processor from the Strix Halo lineup. The company is currently offering only one configuration, which pairs the Zen 5 CPU with 128GB of LPDDR5X RAM running at 8,000MHz.
Of the 128GB of RAM, users can allocate up to 96GB to the Radeon 8060S iGPU as VRAM. This integrated GPU, as we found in our in-depth analysis, can deliver gaming performance similar to the Nvidia RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. It can also handle heavy AI workloads with ease.
On the storage side, the OneXStation has two PCIe 4.0 x4 slots, with each having support for up to a 4TB SSD (2TB Samsung 990 EVO Plus curr. $375.73 on Amazon). OneXPlayer further highlights that the mini PC has a dual-fan cooling system with one internal downward-blowing fan. This setup allows the system to deliver up to 120W of performance.
Speaking of which, the TDP is adjustable, allowing users to switch between 55W, 85W, and 120W modes. There's a rich selection of ports as well, including:
- 3x USB 3.2 Type-A
- 2x USB4
- 1x 3.5 mm audio
- 1x DisplayPort
- 1x HDMI
- 1x SD 4.0
- 1x 3.5mm audio
- 1x 2.5G Ethernet
It's worth noting that the USB4 ports of this mini PC have support for eGPU and DisplayPort 1.4, but there's no power delivery support.
Moving to the design, the OneXStation looks similar to some of the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 mini PCs. The form factor, for instance, is not much different than the Corsair AI Workstation 300, but OneXPlayer did integrate an LED strip around the front corners, which makes it stand out a little.
The OneXStation is available on the official store with a launch price tag of $2,999. This price is for the only configuration OneXPlayer is offering, which comes with 128GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Check out the spec sheet attached below to learn more about the system.
