OneXPlayer quietly launches Panther Lake-powered Asus ROG Flow Z13 rival

OneXPlayer introduced the Super V at CES 2026, and at the core, it's a direct competitor to the Strix Halo Asus ROG Flow Z13, but with an Intel Panther Lake processor. The company previously launched an AMD version, and many specs got carried over to the newer model.
For instance, the Super V comes with the same 14-inch AMOLED display that features a 120 Hz refresh rate. This panel has a resolution of 2880 x 1800 pixels, comes with VRR support, and is compatible with 4096-level pressure-sensitive stylus pens. In comparison, the Strix Halo ROG Flow Z13 has an LCD panel but with a 180 Hz refresh rate.
The port configuration is also the same as the OneXPlayer Super X, with the Super V coming with the following ports:
- 2x USB4
- 1x USB 3.2 Type-A
- 1x mini SSD PCIe 4.0 slot
- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x MicroSD 4.0 slot
- 1x 3.5 mm audio
An 85.58 Wh battery powers the internals of this Windows gaming tablet, which is also the same as the Super X, and OneXPlayer notes that there's a dual-fan system that can ensure stable performance under load.
As for the processor, it's the Intel Core Ultra 7 358H, a performance-focused 16-core Panther Lake CPU. It brings the Arc B390 iGPU, which we found to offer a similar level of gaming performance as the Nvidia RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. This is where the Super V falls behind the 2025 ROG Flow Z13.
The Asus gaming tablet tops out at the Ryzen AI Max+ 395, which has the Radeon 8060S iGPU. This Strix Halo integrated GPU is in the same league as the RTX 4070 Laptop, but the launch price does make the Super V seem attractive.
This Intel gaming handheld with 48 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD is currently available for $1,899 on the official store. Asus, on the other hand, offers the ROG Flow Z13 with 32 GB of RAM at $2,299.99 (curr. $2,069.99 on Amazon).
