Following an earlier reveal during its strategy session, Ayaneo has now provided more details including the spec sheet of the Konkr Pocket Fit, the first handheld from its new sub-brand.
The Konkr Pocket Fit will have a 6-inch display which will be an LCD panel with a 1920 x 1080 resolution like the original Ayaneo Pocket S (available on Amazon for $509.99). It will also have a 144Hz refresh rate like the Lenovo Legion Go, in addition to anti-glare and a reinforced glass for protection.
The upcoming handheld will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, the same processor that powers the new Ayaneo Pocket S2, and it will offer 20W peak performance. The Pocket Fit will have LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage (UFS 3.1 for the base model with 128GB of storage), however, the specific configurations that will be available were not revealed.
For connectivity the new handheld will have Bluetooth 5.3, high-speed Wi-Fi, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a Micro SD card slot for adding more storage, and a headphone jack. Ayaneo also revealed the Pocket Fit will have a large cooling fan and a wide copper heatsink for cooling.
The first Konkr handheld will have Hall Effect joysticks with RGB lighting and Hall Effect linear triggers that can be adjusted for shooters and racing games. However, it won't have a removable D-pad like the Pocket S2 Pro. It will also have a 6-axis gyroscope for motion controls and dual X-axis linear motors for vibration. Ayaneo has also revealed the handheld will have an emulator shortcut button, an Xbox streaming menu custom key, and a toggle for switching between performance modes.
The handheld will run Android 14 out of the box with a retro game management interface and a proprietary app launcher. Under the hood will be an 8,000mAh battery capacity and it will have support for Power Delivery fast charging.
The Konkr Pocket Fit will be available in Phantom Black, Snow White, and Dragon Yellow with a grip design and front-facing stereo speakers. The Pocket Fit doesn't have a release date yet neither does it have a price yet. Although, we expect the Pocket Fit to cost less than the Pocket S2, which starts at $439, since the Konkr brand is supposed to be a budget sub-brand. Ayaneo has set up an Indiegogo page where interested persons can sign up to be notified about the handheld.
