Retroid announces the Pocket Classic 6 SG, and it's available to buy now

A few weeks ago, Retroid revealed that the Retroid Pocket Classic 6 handheld will be launching in a new color option that is inspired by the SEGA Genesis game console. It has now released the new color and it is available to buy right away.

The new color is simply called Classic 6 SG, and like the regular Classic 6, it has six action buttons. All of the handheld is black, save for the XYZ buttons that are light gray and the Start button which is blue.

The Retroid Pocket Classic 6 SG is available in a single configuration that has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and is priced at $129. Unfortunately, Retroid doesn't have a cheaper 4GB RAM + 64GB version.

Save for the new paint job, the Pocket Classic 6 SG is no different from the other color options. It has a 3.92-inch AMOLED display with a 1240 x 1080 resolution, a Snapdragon G1 Gen 2 processor, and a MicroSD card slot for adding more storage. There's a built-in cooling fan, a 5,000mah battery with support for 27W fast charging, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.1.

While the Retroid Pocket Classic is available to buy on Amazon, sadly, this new color option is only available on Retroid's website.
