Anker launches new 5-in-1 Nano Travel Adapter with retractable pins

The Anker Nano Travel Adapter (5-in-1, 20W) has been launched in Germany and is expected to roll out to other European countries in the near future. The accessory, with model number A9215, was leaked last year with images revealing many specifications.

The Nano Travel Adapter offers type A, type C, type G and type I plugs, allowing it to work in over 200 countries, including the UK, France, Australia and Singapore. The pins are foldable or retractable, with a slide and push design, making the accessory easier to store and transport. However, potential buyers should note that it does not support voltage conversion, and it is not compatible with devices that require over 1,380W power. 

You can use the adapter to charge five devices simultaneously via an AC output two USB-C and USB-A ports. When used alone, the first USB-C ports offer up to 20W power, which Anker suggests could charge an iPhone 16 to 50% in 26 minutes. The second USB-C can deliver up to 15W, and the USB-A peaks at 12W. When all four ports are in use, a maximum of 15W power is shared between the outputs.

Anker claims that its travel adapter is 43% smaller than competitor models, measuring 86 x 50 x 25 mm (~3.1 x 2.0 x 1.0 inches) and weighing 107 g (~3.8 oz). You can now buy the Anker Nano Travel Adapter (5-in-1, 20W) for €24.99 at Amazon Germany. Product listings in France, Spain, and Italy indicate that the accessory will soon be launched in these markets. It is unclear whether or when the product will be available in other countries like the US or the UK.
