Anbernic releases RG Vita and RG Vita Pro handhelds with a limited-time discount

Following an announcement last week regarding the pricing and availability of its new handhelds, Anbernic has now begun selling the RG Vita and RG Vita Pro. Both devices arrive with a limited-time discount and the option to purchase them with or without a microSD card.
The Anbernic RG Vita and Anbernic RG Vita Pro have a similar design, inspired by the PlayStation Vita. However, while they have different specs, they both can run Android games, emulate several retro consoles up to the PS2, and stream games from a PC.
RG Vita
The RG Vita has a 5.46-inch touch display with a 1280 x 720 resolution. It is powered by the Unisoc T618 octa-core processor and features 3GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It also has Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a 5,000mAh battery, stereo speakers, an audio jack, Hall Effect joysticks, and a six-axis gyroscope. It runs Android 12 out of the box.
RG Vita Pro
The Anbernic RG Vita Pro has a slightly larger 5.5-inch display that also has a higher 1920 x 1080 resolution. It comes with a Rockchip RK3576 processor along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There are two microSD card slots, an HDMI port, and a USB-C port with DisplayPort support.
It also features Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging, stereo speakers, an audio jack, and a six-axis gyroscope. Unlike the standard version, the RG Vita Pro dual boots Android 14 and a Linux fork.
