Amazfit T-Rex Dual Solar surfaces in certification listings

Zepp Health looks set to launch its first solar-powered smartwatch soon: model number A2570 has surfaced in several several international certification databases, one of which has confirmed a name: T-Rex Dual Solar. As the name suggests, such a device could introduce solar charging alongside a larger battery, potentially delivering far longer endurance than current T-Rex models and giving Garmin's fēnix 8 Solar or Instinct 3 Solar a run for their money.
The A2570 first surfaced in Indonesia, where the Sertifikasi Indonesia registry lists A2570 as an Amazfit-branded smartwatch made in China. The entry, filed under certificate number 125183/DJID/2026, names PT Globaltama Sukses Makmur as the applicant, but stops short of revealing any marketing name. South Korea's RRA database also lists the A2570, certified on August 4, 2026, and names both China and Vietnam as manufacturing locations.
The clearest confirmation, however, comes from Malaysia's SIRIM registry, which pairs the A2570 model number directly with the marketing name "T-REX DUAL SOLAR." Approved on August 3, 2026, under type approval code RDCX/40N/0726/S(26-4227), the certificate holder is listed as Comsat Mobile Communication Sdn Bhd.
A further entry in the Eurasian Economic Union registry also lists A2570, indicating that Zepp Health is pushing the watch through approvals across multiple regions simultaneously. Given that certifications are now cleared in at least four territories and industry events such as IFA are approaching, a formal unveiling in the coming weeks looks increasingly likely.
