Acebeam has added a special edition to its K1 flashlight range, which has been available since September 2025. The new K1 not only comes in an Azure Blue housing but also features a cyan laser pointer with a wavelength of 488 nm. Laser pointers typically use green or red lasers. While cyan laser pointers do exist, they are not very common.
Like the standard model, this is a three-light flashlight. In addition to the laser pointer, it features a UV light and a standard flashlight beam (6,500 K). The technical specifications remain unchanged compared to other K1 models. The UV unit emits 1,000 mW, and the flashlight LED provides a minimum of 9 and a maximum of 1,000 lumens with a range of approximately 220 meters. IP68 certification is advertised.
The K1 is charged via USB-C. However, unlike typical charging methods, it's not charged through the housing. Instead, the head must be unscrewed and the 3.7-volt 14500 battery removed. Acebeam has equipped this cell, which is virtually indistinguishable from an AA battery, with a USB-C port and an LED status indicator. The battery has a capacity of 3.7 watt-hours.
The K1's overall design is very compact. It is 11 cm long, has a head diameter of approximately 2.5 cm, and weighs just under 80 grams. Acebeam charges extra for the Limited Edition of the K1. Compared to the regular model, it costs an additional $35, bringing the total to $89.90. Shipping is free.
