Acebeam X30 flashlight with 20,000 lumens and 656 yards of range launches with discount

The Acebeam X30 has recently become available for purchase. However, buyers who are considering a purchase might want to wait a bit longer. On the evening of February 2 at 9 PM EST, the USB-C rechargeable flashlight will be discounted by 25% for a short time. At the moment, the flashlight is still priced at $209.
The X30 is a fairly heavy and large flashlight, but it should still be reasonably comfortable to hold. It measures 6.3 inches in length and weighs almost 1.1 lbs. In addition to the very bulky head, the batteries also contribute to this high weight, as the housing accommodates two replaceable 21700 batteries with a total capacity of around 37Wh. Charging takes place via a USB-C port that is protected against dust and moisture. The new Acebeam flashlight further has an IP68 rating and can also withstand brief submersion in water that’s up to 6.6 ft deep.
That being said, the Acebeam X30 can only sustain the peak brightness from its three 6500K LEDs for a very short time. With a full battery, 20,000 lumens and a range of over 650 yards are available for just 15 seconds. After that, the high mode delivers 3,000 lumens with a range of 185 yards for 1 hour and 50 minutes. If the turbo mode is not used beforehand, this mode supposedly lasts 5 minutes longer.
In the lowest mode with 40 lumens and a range of 16 yards, the flashlight lasts for 58 hours. A sliding switch provides three basic LED settings, one of which is the red mode. Moreover, the Acebeam X30 is operated via two buttons, along with a sliding switch for locking the flashlight. There also is a red light mode with output between 15 and 300 lumens, which can be used for at least 5 hours and 42 minutes at maximum output.
The Acebeam X30 will start shipping on February 8, 2026.
