After an official unveiling at CES 2026, ASRock has now revealed the detailed specifications of its NUC Ultra Box 300 lineup of mini PCs. Powered by capable Intel Core Ultra X7 358H CPU with 16 cores and the impressive Arc B390 iGPU with 12 Xe3 cores.

Back when the ASRock NUC Ultra 300 lineup of capable mini PCs was announced during CES 2026, we did not really have much information to report on. But it seems like we do now, since ASRock has finally revealed the detailed specifications of the systems on offer.

Slim mini PCs with up to Core Ultra X7 CPU and powerful Arc B390 iGPU

The NUC Ultra 300 Box mini PC lineup will be powered by Intel "Panther Lake" CPUs, up to the powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 X358H CPU with 16 cores consisting of 4 high-performance cores, 8 efficiency cores, and 4 more low-power efficiency cores. A total of four variants have been detailed - The NUC Box 358H, the NUCS Box 358H, the NUC Box 325, and the NUCS Box 325.

As revealed by the product names, the variants with the 358H tag will feature the aforementioned Core Ultra X7 CPU, while the product ending in 325 will be powered by a more modest Core Ultra 5 325 CPU with 8 cores only. The X7 variants will also sport the impressively powerful Arc B390 iGPU with 12 cores, which comes close to the RTX 4050 Laptop dGPU in terms of performance.

The NUCS Ultra mini PC is quite slim, although the vanilla NUC is 11 mm thicker.

However, customers of the lower-end Core Ultra 5 325-equipped mini PC will have to make do with its 4-core Xe3 iGPU, which should be comparable to the Radeon 760M iGPU found in older mid-tier Ryzen APUs. The difference between the NUC and the NUCS lineup is also quite simple - the NUCS is slimmer, and sports one fewer 2.5G Ethernet and USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A port. The detailed I/O on offer is as follows:

  • Four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A (three for the NUCS)
  • USB4 (with DP 2.1), USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C (with DP 1.4a)
  • Dual HDMI 2.1
  • Dual 2.5G Ethernet (one for the NUCS)
  • Audio combo jack

Memory requirements are taken care of by up to 128 GB of DDR5-7200/6400 memory, while storage requirements are handled by dual M.2 slots (M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 5 x4, M.2 2242 PCIe Gen 4 x4). Both the NUC and the NUCS variants measure in at 117.5 x 110 mm, although the NUCS is slimmer, at 38 mm vs 49 mm. Active cooling is present, as is support for WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6.

Pricing and availability

Pricing and availability details are not publicly stated, which is typical for industrial mini PCs. For more details, interested customers are requested to refer to ASRock's official page for the NUC Ultra 300 lineup of mini PCs.

Normal consumers on the lookout for a decent mini PC for day-to-day usage can check out something like the AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS-powered GMKtec K8 Plus, currently available for $630 on Amazon.
