AGM Mobile has unveiled a smartwatch to go with its line of rugged smartphones. The Legion's AMOLED display is set into a MIL-STD-810H- and 5ATM-rated case with sensors for continuous heart-rate, blood oxygen and sleep tracking. The watch can also record activity for "over 100" sports and fitness activities, and can help the user keep track of their smartphone and its notifications.

AGM Mobile has branched out from rugged smartphones into rugged smartwatches for the first time. The Legion might have decent legibility in the outdoor settings for which it is clearly intended as it is made with AMOLED, although its display is of the profoundly standard round 1.43-inch variety.

It is customized somewhat with a minimal chronograph bezel that also includes "MENU" and "SPORT" labels for the watch's dual side buttons.

The Legion's screen is kept on with a 300mAh battery rated to sustain it "for days of action" per charge. A compass, altimeter and barometer is also packed into the wearable to boost its activity-tracking functions and to augment its GPS for navigation.

It is rated to support standard health- and fitness-tracking features such as multiple (~100) sports modes, SpO₂ monitoring and 24/7 heart-rate tracking, powered by an RTOS operating system rather than something like Wear OS. There are also features such as Bluetooth calls via a connected smartphone and Find My Phone.

AGM Mobile also asserts that the Legion can withstand drops, dust and diving to 50 meters thanks to its rugged constructions. It is available with a black or pale gray case and bands to match directly from the OEM, although only the latter is found on Amazon at the time of writing.

On that note, the Legion is now available to buy at a price of $99.99/€119.95, and will also be available to MWC 2025 attendees to view as part of AGM Mobile's showcase for that impending event.
