Xiaomi has launched the Smart Outdoor Camera 4 Pro Triple Camera Zoom edition in China. This new flagship model builds on the Smart Outdoor Camera 4, which was released in this market in July 2025.
The Smart Outdoor Camera 4 Pro features three 5MP cameras with an f/1.6 aperture. These are said to deliver 3K (2,880 x 1,620 px) video, with 9x hybrid zoom. The upper can rotate up to 180° horizontally, while the lower camera can pan up to 355° horizontally and tilt up to 95° vertically. These pan/tilt abilities enable motion tracking, with automatic zoom when humans are detected. Plus, there are eight lights allowing the device to capture full color video at night.
Users can remotely manage the Smart Outdoor Camera 4 Pro via Xiaomi’s app, where they can also receive alerts for unexpected activity. To deter intruders, there are bright lights and an audible alarm. Plus, Xiaomi HyperOS Connect allows you to connect the security camera to other smart home devices. It supports 2.4GHz/5GHz Wi-Fi 6, with video storage options like microSD card, cloud or NAS. This outdoor camera has an IP66 weatherproof rating and is said to operate in temperatures between -30 and 60°C (~-22 to 140°F).
The Xiaomi Smart Outdoor Camera 4 Pro Triple Camera Zoom edition will retail for CNY 449 (~$63) in China. The company has yet to announce plans to release this product in other markets like Europe, where it sells similar devices like the Outdoor Camera CW700S (curr. €78.42 at Amazon.de).
