Lenovo continues to gradually reveal new information about its next lightweight tablet on Chinese social media. While the company previously teased that the Xiaoxin AI Tablet Pro GT would be 'coming soon', it has not indicated exactly when yet.
However, a prominent Weibo leaker suggests that the tablet's official launch may occur much sooner than expected. In fact, Lonely City Hardware reports that the Xiaoxin AI Tablet Pro GT might arrive before the end of the week. Specifically, the leaker implies that the tablet could debut on July 12 during Lenovo's next product launch event.
As it stands, this prospective launch event only applies to China. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on whether Lenovo intends to offer Xiaoxin AI Tablet Pro GT internationally. Even if it were to arrive at some stage globally, then we imagine it would arrive under a completely different name like the Yoga Tab Plus (curr. $699.99 on Amazon). Likewise, Lenovo has not yet elaborated on the specifications of its latest tablet nor how it plans to distinguish the Xiaoxin AI Tablet Pro GT from recent options like the Legion Y700 4th Gen.
