Acer has launched the Acer Iconia Tab iM11 in the Indian market, a new Android tablet positioned for productivity, academic use, and entertainment.

A key aspect of its market strategy is the inclusion of a full suite of accessories with the device; each purchase comes bundled with an ergonomic keyboard, an Active Stylus Pen, and a smart Flip Cover.

The Iconia Tab iM11 is built around an 11.45-inch 2.2K IPS display that has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 450 nits of peak brightness, and a 60Hz refresh rate.

Acer states the in-cell touch panel offers high precision for stylus use, beneficial for detailed work like note-taking and sketching. The device itself is designed to be portable, with a thickness of just 8.0mm and a weight of 550 grams.

The tablet is available in a blue color and can be purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, Acer exclusive outlets, and the Acer online store.

Internally, the tablet runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, which is based on a 6nm manufacturing process and has a peak clock speed of 2.2 GHz.

This is paired with a Mali G57 GPU for graphics. The device also incorporates a Resource Management Engine 2.0, which is intended to maintain sustained performance and provide a smoother experience in applications like gaming.

It operates on the Android 14 OS. There are two configurations available: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and a higher-tier model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded by up to 1TB with a microSD card.

For imaging and security, the tablet features a 16MP rear camera with autofocus and flash, along with an 8MP front-facing camera. The front camera also enables face unlock functionality, supplemented by a fingerprint sensor embedded within the power button.

The audio system consists of Pure Voice quad-core speakers. Power is supplied by a 7,400mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, with Acer claiming it can provide up to 10 hours of video playback.

For connectivity, the tablet includes 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.2.

The Acer Iconia Tab iM11 is priced at ₹23,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and ₹29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model.

In the competitive landscape, it will contend with the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro, which starts at ₹27,999 and offers a 3K display and a larger 10,200mAh battery.

Another competitor is the Redmi Pad Pro, priced at ₹21,999, which features a bigger 12-inch screen and faster 33W charging support.
