Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 more affordable model launches in EU
The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 has been launched in the EU. The product was unveiled on the brand’s global website earlier this year and is already on sale in parts of Southeast Asia. The vacuum has up to 4,000 Pa suction power and can mop with three water levels, dispensed by a 200ml onboard tank. A 5,200 mAh battery allows the robot to vacuum and mop for up to 180 minutes between charges.
The X10 has a self-emptying docking station with a 2.5L dustbin and 17,000 Pa suction to empty the robot’s onboard bin, allowing you to vacuum up to 60 times hands-free. The robot navigates your home using LDS laser technology, allowing it to work at night and avoid obstacles. The robot can also overcome obstacles up to 20 mm (~0.79-in) tall. You can adjust the X10’s settings in the Xiaomi Home app or with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice commands.
You can now buy the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X10 in EU countries, including Spain, France and Italy, for the discounted price of €449.99 (~US$487); this is a €50 (~US$54) saving on the future retail price of €499.99 (~US$541). Xiaomi claims that the device is the most efficient and affordable flagship robot vacuum cleaner on the market. For comparison, the Roborock Q7 Max+ has similar features and costs US$869.99. It is unclear when the vacuum cleaner will launch in other markets, including the US and UK.
