Xiaomi Mi 10 smartphones get a temporary price cut of up to 300 yuan (US$42) during the Dragon Boat Festival
Xiaomi is rewarding its loyal customers in China with a repeat of the great offer it already had on the Mi 10 smartphone earlier this month. Yet again, the Chinese OEM has decided to reduce the price of the Xiaomi Mi 10 across all three currently available models. This discount has been made as part of the celebrations for the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival, with the offer kicking in on June 25.
This means shoppers will be able to select the 8 GB + 128 GB version of the Xiaomi Mi 10 and pay 3,799 yuan (US$537) for it, which is a 200 yuan (US$28) reduction of the regular price. The larger discount of 300 yuan (US$42) is available on the 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB models, which will be sold at prices of 3,999 yuan (US$565) and 4,399 yuan (US$621), respectively.
Although these Xiaomi Mi 10 deals are for customers in China only and are temporary offers, the fact that Xiaomi has now reduced the price of this Snapdragon 865-powered smartphone on two occasions in the same month could indicate an upcoming wider reduction that could reach foreign markets. The Xiaomi Mi 10 has been a top seller for the OEM but there was plenty of criticism aimed at the company when the international prices for the flagship were initially revealed.
