Xbox Game Pass is kicking out 10 games in September, and some big names are going

Xbox Game Pass is losing ten games on September 15, 2026, namely: Commandos: Origins, Cricket 24, Cyberpunk 2077, Dead Cells, Deep Rock Galactic Survivor, Frostpunk 2, Mullet Madjack, Spiritfarer, Superliminal, and Train Sim World 5.
Cyberpunk 2077 is undoubtedly one of the most notable titles of the lot. While its story is nothing to write home about, its visuals are unparalleled by very few, making it one of the most aesthetically pleasing titles to launch this generation. Dead Cells is a notable loss, too, as it is one of the more punishing roguelite Metroidvanias out there.
Deep Rock Galactic Survivor puts you in resource-gathering mode, complete with weapons that fire themselves. Frostpunk 2, on the other hand, cranks up the survival mechanics and makes you responsible for the survival of an entire town on a cold, resource-bereft planet.
Subscribers have until September 15 to play the affected games through Game Pass. Unlike Microsoft’s main competitor’s platform, games that leave Game Pass are gone for good unless you purchase them. Thankfully, Xbox is also offering subscribers a discount on departing titles for anyone who wants to keep playing after they leave the service.
