As its name suggests, you play as Achilles, the demigod who fought in the Trojan War. While the legend tells that he was defeated during this war, in this game he gets a second life and must return from the underworld to uncover the truth.

You will have to travel through a universe inspired by Greek mythology, while crossing the ruins of the city of Troy, haunted temples, and wild meadows. In each location, you will meet characters who will give you quests, and you will discover secrets and face enemies.

Indeed, mythical creatures are present, as well as legendary warriors like Hector. During battles, you’ll need to manage your stamina, but also your defense and attack. Launch devastating strikes at the right time with special weapons, and customize Achilles to forge your own legend.

The game offers over 20 hours of gameplay, and a co-op mode. The fights are similar to those in Souls games, and enemies interact with each other thanks to the GAIA system. But among the 2,437 reviews on Steam, 77% of which are positive, several players complain about poor voice acting, and the skill tree is also difficult to understand. Some features are disappointing, and there are also optimization issues.

However, Achilles: Legends Untold is currently available for $7.49 with a 70% discount until April 15, 2026. After that date, keep in mind that the price will return to $24.99. Nevertheless, this is not its lowest price, according to SteamDB, because it dropped to $4.99 on February 18, 2026, with an 80% discount.
