No Man's Sky is an exploration game set in a galaxy. As a player, you must uncover the secret hidden at its center, but to do so, you'll need to explore numerous planets and gather resources while avoiding various dangers.

Traveling through space and discovering new worlds is a dream for many people. And you can do it in No Man's Sky, an exploration and survival game set in a galaxy currently available for $23.99 instead of $59.99 until April 20, 2026. Developed by Hello Games and released on August 12, 2016, on Steam, you'll have to forge your own destiny while exploring several worlds.

Indeed, the game's universe is procedurally generated and vast. You embody a Traveller who must travel through space to unravel a mystery hidden at the center of the galaxy. But the journey will be very long, and to succeed, you’ll need to gather resources present on billions of planets. Whether you’re a trader, explorer, or pirate, you’ll also need to form alliances with other players or creatures to progress.

Trade is also important, as it allows you to acquire items and resources that will help you craft tools. Finally, other players are also in the galaxy, and you can meet them to discover new places. In addition, since April 8, you can take part in turn-based battles with various creatures in arenas. You can explore the galaxy to build a team and upgrade it to become the most powerful.

When it was first released, No Man's Sky received mixed reviews due to numerous bugs. But thanks to updates, it now has 84% positive reviews out of more than 402,730 reviews on Steam. Players love its vast universe, as well as features like leaving a planet's atmosphere without loading screens, and discovering new worlds.

But despite these strengths, the game can be pretty repetitive, as you'll have to repeat the same actions. Also, while each planet is unique, they often share similarities. There are many bugs to report, and according to SteamDB, this 60% discount appears frequently on Steam.
