Surprise! It turns out we could be getting the Mi Mix 4 after all

To Mix or not to Mix? (Source: GSMInfo)
The highly anticipated launch of the Mi Mix 4 has been something of a wild ride so far. Fans expected a launch event last month but were left disappointed. Since then, though, it's been multiple conflicting reports on the existence of the Mix 4, and the latest one will leave rekindle the flames of hope in fans of the series.
Ricci Rox,

Last week, popular leakster Ice Universe reported that the Mi Mix 4 was in the works. A Xiaomi staff went on the record right after, claiming that the Mix 4 was not planned for release. That same staff has come out once more to clarify that they weren't, in fact, saying that the Mix 4 was dead in the water.

Edward Bishop, Xiaomi China's Brand Promotion Manager, has reiterated that his initial statements on the Mix 4 were taken out of context. We're not sure what exactly his point here is, as the initial post was clear on the matter—the Mix was said to not be in the works. The Xiaomi man claims now, however, that he's not confirming the death, or existence, of the Mix 4.

Yes, we're just as confused as you on this. It doesn't help that these posts are all made in Chinese, and using translation software isn't exactly ideal. All of these considered, we're inclined to think that the Mix 4 is actually on the cards, although it may be a few months away from launch.
