Sharge might be best known for its unique storage solutions and Shargeek power banks - however, its latest teaser has nothing to do with any of those products.
The brand has yet to reveal the first-gen loomos (a play on 'lumos'?) glasses in full, although its initial teaser already strongly hints at the transparent-effect frames that might make Nothing wish it had had the idea first.
Their new teaser indicates that the glasses integrate audio (like the Bose Frames) as well as the on-board camera clearly on show, not to mention the "wearable AI" that, as the brand now anticipates, "will soon be essential to everyday life".
The loomos glasses are touted to help the user enjoy "Every Shot, Every Tune, Every Insight" in an all-in-one wearable in a way that could reduce reliance on one's smartphone, with a UX backed to avoid the pitfalls of poor run-times per charge, "clunkiness" and a general absence of smoothness encountered by some of its predecessors in the ever-growing AI wearable space.
Accordingly, it seems the first-gen device is aimed more at rivals like those from Meta and Ray-Ban rather than display-enabled AR glasses such as the XREAL One (now available for $499 on Amazon).
The Sharge loomos glasses are slated to become available with discounted early-bird pricing "soon".
